He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Marlene Cody; son, David (April) Cody; grandchildren, Kenny and Kurry Cody; mother-in-law, Elsie Garver; brother-in-law, Tim Garver; sister-in-law, Othella Cody; niece and nephew, Clint and Tami Cody Pack all of Cosby. Graveside service will be on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 11:00 am in Union Cemetery with Dr. Frank Bell Officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity or church of your choice.
