Mack A. Stinnett, 69, of Cohutta, passed away Saturday, Oct. 9, 2004, at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Remell Edgerton Stinnett; parents, C.W. and Pauline Stinnett; sister, Maudie Northrop and brother, Johnny Stinnett.
He is survived by his three daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Ted Cassell of Dalton, Maxine and Greg Cantrell of Tunnel Hill, and Kathy and Jeff Hampton of Calhoun; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Ray Coffey, Edith Thompson, Lorraine and Ray Vineyard and Ida Shields, all of Dalton; two brothers, David Stinnett of Cleveland, Tenn., and Lloyd Stinnett of Athens, Tenn.; grandchildren, Chris Green, Tarah Veit, Whitney Jones and Melanie Hampton; two great-grandchildren, Branson and Kellie Green; nieces, nephews and a special friend, James Oscar Whaley.
The funeral will be held Monday, at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Clayton Brown officiating.
Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens. A White Dove Release Ceremony will conclude the service.
