Survivors: Husband, William Turner of Arlington; sister and brother-in-law, Vivian and Kermit Lee of White Pine, Tenn.; son, William Gates of Alvarado; daughter and son-in-law, Betty and William Lowder of Wilburton, Okla.; and grandsons, Justin and Jonathan Lowder of Wilburton.
