Beautiful, Loving wife and mother, Betty J. Dunn Williamson, age 71, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, November 1, 2006. She was preceded in death by her precious son, Mitchell H. Williamson; several brothers and sisters, Haskell Dunn, Arlene Daniel, Maggie Gregory, Sammy Dunn, Elisie Matthews, Jenny King, Lola Allen and Jay Dunn. She is survived by her husband, Harold Williamson; children, Danny Dunn and wife Becky of Sevierville, Ricky Williamson and wife Judy, Peggy Holt and husband Mike, David Williamson and wife Tracy all of Newport, Michael Williamson of St. Louis, Missouri; she was also the grandmother of, twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. The family would like thank Smoky Mountain Health & Hospice and say a big thank you to Vera Norton, Melanie Vassar and Cherly Hartsell, they were a blessing to the family in a time of need. Also Janice Arlene Dunn Slone her favorite niece “Thanks for being with her when she needed you the most”. The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Thursday, November 2, 2006 and 6-8 pm Friday, November 3, 2006, funeral services will follow at 8:00 pm, Friday, with Brother Willie Winters officiating. Burial will be 10:30 am Saturday, November 4, 2006 in Union Cemetery.
