Aurelia Tittle Clark, age 91, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2002 at the Baptist Hospital of Cocke County.
She was an active and faithful member of First Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Rex Clark.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Norma Lou and Clarence W. Miller, of Augusta, Georgia; son and daughter-in-law, W. Fred and Mary Ann Clark, of Newport; three grandsons: W. Clark Miller and family, of Rosevell, Georgia; Bruce David Miller, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and William Rex Clark, of New Market; two special great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Ellen Witt, of Knoxville; also several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. Friday at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Rich Lloyd officiating.
Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday prior to the funeral at Manes Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to First Baptist Church (Music or TV Ministry).
