She was of the baptist faith and a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Zora Ball, sister, Gracie Click and Minnie Hale, brothers, Carl Jr, Arlis, Hubert, Robert, A.J. and Henry Ball. She is survived by her daughter and son and law, Sue and Jimmy Townsend of Newport, sister and brother in law, Ruby and Troy Crum of Newport, grand children, Tracy Gentry and husband Ricky, Trevor Townsend and best friend Neci and Tina Ocampo all of Newport, great grandchildren, Erika Gentry, Blake Gentry, Aspen Townsend, Alejandra and Malachi Ocampo, sister in laws, Geneva Ball, Rachael Ball, Bo Ball and Jonita Ball, brothers in laws and sisters in laws, Doris and Ted Trentham, Betty Archer and Marie Smith and a host of family and friends. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2009 at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Suggs and Rev. Jackie Swanger officiating.
