He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Bernice Green Rollins, sister, Faye Southerland, brother Creed Rollins, who passed away shortly after Mitchell, nephew Matthew Rollins, and niece, Amanda Rollins. He is survived by brother, George B. Rollins(Frances) of Hartford, brother-in-law, H.C. Southerland of Del Rio. Sisters, Debbie Ford of Newport, Joyce (Alfred) Hall of Newport, sister-in-law, Barbara Rollins of Hartford, and good friend, Junior Mooneyham of Hartford, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday, April 3, 2015 at 12 noon in the Laws-Green Cemetery.
