He was a member of Ravens Branch Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Bernice Rollins; daughter, Amanda Rollins; son Matthew Rollins; sister, Faye Southerland; and brother, Mitchell Rollins. He is survived his wife, Barbara Rollins; of Hartford; daughter and son-in-law, Venida and Michael Hosier of Newport; son, Jared Rollins of Hartford; daughter in law Rebecca Rollins of Johnson City, TN., brother and sister-in-law, G. B. and Francis Rollins of Hartford; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Alford Hall of Newport; sister, Debbie Ford of Newport; brother-in-law, H. C. Southerland of Newport; also many other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday, April 3, 2015 with funeral services following at 7:00 pm in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Minister Earl Greene officiating.
