She was formerly from Cosby, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Blandy Brown. Sons Darrell Alan Brown and Robbie Sherrill. Brother Grady Brown and sister Helen Brown. She is survived by her loving children; daughter Brandy Cagle of Canton, North Carolina, son Tony Sherrill of Waynesville, North Carolina. Grandchildren; Jayla, Alan, Paul, Blandy, Josh, and Nathan. Great-grandson Wayne. Brothers; Danny Ray Brown of Newport, Troy & Linda of Elizabethton, James & Nancy Brown of Cosby, Lawrence Brown of Morristown, Ralph & Malia Brown of Oklahoma City. Oklahoma. Sisters; Joann & Earl Benson of Cosby, Pat & Dennis Surber of Cosby, Lucy & John Parrish of Canton, North Carolina. Nephews; J. R. and Travis Brown, Brandon and Travis Surber, Jim and Clark Brown and Scott Brown & James Brown. Nieces Casey Brown, Blandy and Kali, Chelsea Parrish, Jodi and Christy Benson and Amanda Smelcer. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the Chestnut Mountain Church, Cosby, with Reverend Bubbie Clark and Reverend Tommy Moore officiating. Interment will be in the Abe Cemetery. The visitation will be Friday April 26 and Saturday April 27, 2013 from 6:00-9:00 PM each evening at the James and Blandy Brown Home Place, 4380 Trail Hollow Road, Cosby, Tennessee.
