  Buried in Williamson Cemetery, 15 miles southwest of Maryville, Tennessee. The will of Hiram Walker of Wellsville, 1st Civil District, Blount County, written 28 January 1897, probated 15 May 1897, mentions 13 acres in Monroe County, Tennessee, with house and outbuildings; he bequeathed all property to his wife Laura for her support so long as she remains a widow and for the support of two children, Hiram E. and Gracy L. Walker. When gracy, "the younger child", comes of age, the property to be sold with two-thirds of the proceeds to Hiram and one-third to Gracy.
