Pamela Karen Cole Walley, of Newport, passed away Friday, January 9, 2015 at her home. She graduated high school in Cleveland, Ohio and at the same time graduated from beautician school. After having three children, she became an LPN and worked at Baptist Hospital of Cocke County. She was known for her compassion and love for others as she was always a first responder to a family need. But her compassion would change to competitiveness as soon as there was a card game. She was a woman of many talents that included; her dancing skills, craftiness, and could water ski like no other. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter “Buddy” Cole; father, John B. Allen, II; and brother, Ethan Allen. She is survived by her loving husband, Mike Walley; her children; daughter, Laura and Max Weeks, son, Walter “Buddy” and Amanda Cole, daughter, Meghan Cole, son, Robbie and Susan Walley, son, Brant and Harlie Walley; grandchildren, Lauren, Max, Lucas, and Peyton Weeks, Kaylan and Ayla Cole, Harper Morgan, Meagan, Jordan, Mackenzie, and Kasen Walley; great-grandchild, Kendalyn Weeks; her mother, Dorothy McMahan Allen; sister, Gwynda Allen; brothers, John B. Allen, III and Scott Allen. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Scott Gorrell officiating. Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 14, 2015 in the Allen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral.
