McALLISTER, FISHER (WILEY STYLES) - age 69, of Parrottsville, graduated from this life to his Heavenly home, Saturday, July 29, 2000 at his home after a battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vege Cureton; step-fathers, Luther Styles and Western Cureton; sister, Juanita Styles; brother, Frank "Buddy" Styles and grandson, Joshua Medley.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Smith McAllister of Parrottsville; daughter and son-in-law, Annette and Donn Berney of Parrottsville; former wife and mother of two daughters, Daisy Gregg Underwood of Strawberry Plains; daughters and sons-in-law, Marilyn and Jim Medley of Morristown and Sandy and Kyle Underwood of Strawberry Plains; sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Gary Reece of Newport; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kelly and Barbara Styles of Parrottsville and Delmar and Judy Taylor of Newport; brother, Artice Styles of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Tre' Berney of Knoxville, Julie Berney of Sevierville and Erin Medley of Morristown; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at The Mannes Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ron Gouge, Donn Berney and Kyle Underwood officiating with burial in Harned's Chapel Cemetery in Parrottsville. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6-9 p.m. at Manes Funeral Home. Memorial may be made to Harned's Chapel Methodist Church or Harned's Chapel Cemetery in care of Iva Lee Luttrell, 725 Rain Way, Parrottsville, TN 37843. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
