She is a member of Piney Grove United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Alice Ridings husband Ted Clinton daughters, Lora and Diann Clinton sisters, Myrtle Glover and Iva Ivey and brother, Clyde Parton. Survivors include daughter, Tippy Dalton and her husband, Bill son, James Clinton and wife, Betty and son, Dennis Clinton grandchildren, Tammy, Scott, Lori, Todd, P.J. and Kelly great grandchildren, Clinton , Matthew, and Scotty sisters, Bertha Barns and Gladys McCarter several special nieces and nephews, family and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 11, 2003 at 7 p.m. in the Evergreen Chapel with Rev. Howard McComas officiating. Family and friends will meet in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens Sunday at 1:45 p.m. for a 2 p.m. interment service.
