OWNBY, DORIS - 68 of Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family and friends. Doris retired from Williamsburg Villas where she worked as a CNA. Doris was a loving mother, grandmother and aunt very devoted to family. Her passion was astrology and very gifted with psychic ability; which made her very sensitive to the needs and troubles of others. Her newest venture was learning to read the RUNES which was sent from Ireland. Preceded in death by her parents, Dollie and Tom Ogle; daughter, Rene Loveday, and grandson, Colt Poterfield, and husband, Jimmy Ownby; sisters, Willa Mae Baker and Ella Maxwell. Survived by sister, Mary Ruth Irwin, and brother, Wayne Ogle. Survived by daughters, Karen and Dana Archer, Sherry and Dennis Witenbarger, Bobbie and Frankie Denton and her son, Tom Mills; grandchildren, Chassity and Stevie Loveday, Frankie and Brittany Denton and Blake Witenbarger; great grandchildren, Ethan and Braden McCarter and McKenzie Rene Davis, and Cameron Stinnett. A Memorial service to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations, may be made to" Listening Hearts" a non-profit corporation; a self help gathering of bereaved mothers from all walks of life. Send to P. O.
