BAKER, WILLIAMA E. OGLE - went to be with the Lord on June 6, 1999, after a short illness with cancer. She was formerly employed by Levi's Strauss Company. She most recently was employed by the Sevier Co. Board of Education (Seymour Middle School). She was a member of Glades Lebanon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Frank V. Baker; parents Tom and Dolly Whited Ogle; and sister, Stella Ogle. Survivors: daughters and sons-in-law, Gail Baker, Tammy and Donald Parton; son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Linda Baker; grandchildren, Neil Blalock, Amy and Jackie Sutton, Kindall Mae Baker, Heather Baker, Amanda Parton, Josh Parton, Krystle Parton, Lindsay Proffitt; great-grandchildren, Jacquelyn Sutton, Hanna Sutton; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Betty Ogle; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Ruth and Don Irwin, Doris and Jimmy Ownby, Ella Maxwell, Alfred Baker; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Bobby Brown.
Funeral service 2 p.m. Wednesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Parton and Rev. Glenn Parton officiating.
Interment will follow in Highland South (Holy Hills) Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
