Nicholas Austin Maples, age 25 of Sevierville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 1, 2006. He was the manager of Park Grove Inn, Pigeon Forge, a graduate of Gatlinburg Pittman High School and Knoxville Business College, and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Kathleen Pickel.

Funeral service 11 AM Tuesday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Parton and Rev. Wayne Ownby officiating. Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be his golfing buddies from Gatlinburg Country Club. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Monday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. (www.atchleyfuneralhome.com)
