REAGAN, REBECCA FOUST KELLY - age 90, lifelong resident of Knoxville, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, February 26, 2012. She was born August 11, 1921 to the late Elizabeth R. Davis and Everett E. Foust. She was a member of Third Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Richard Davis Foust, and husbands, Kenneth H. Kelly and Roy E. Reagan. She is survived by her daughters, Gail Kelly Bruner and husband, Vernon E. Bruner, Jr. and Karen Reagan Britton and husband, John J. Britton; grandchildren, Laura Elizabeth Monroe and Erin Kelly Monroe, all of Knoxville; cousins, Katherine Moore of Knoxville and Bette Stalnaker Gibson of Memphis; and caregiver, Kathy Tharp. Funeral service at 11:00 AM Thursday, Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with Reverend Rodney Duncan officiating. Interment to follow at New Gray Cemetery.
