He was a member of Grace Baptist Church and retired from The Kings Academy after 35 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy and Leota Parton, brothers, Crawford, Homer, and Blain Parton who died as an infant. Survivors: Wife of 42 years: Gail Parton Daughter and son-in-law: Pam and Joey Hickman Son: Larry Parton Grandsons: Isaac and Jacob Hickman Brothers and Sisters-in-law: Ray and Sue Parton, Frank and Bernice Parton, Ben and Mary Parton Numerous nieces and nephews Special thanks to St. Mary’s staff and Dr. John Hoskins staff.
