Woodrow Wilson Shular, age 89 of Sweetwater, TN, formerly from Sevier County, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2007. He was a member of Fairview Baptist Tabernacle Church. He served his country during World War II as a Paratrooper in the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nina Ruth Shular, parents Pleasant A. and Lillian Mae Perryman Shular, son Donald W. Shular, and granddaughter Michele Whaley.

Daughters and sons-in-law: Linda and Sam Whaley, Evelyn and Danny Stephens
Grandchildren: Cheri Whaley, David Whaley, Tracey and husband Mike Watson, Jamie Price, Lori Stephens, Brian Franklin and wife Callie, Donna Baker and husband Larry, Donnie Shular and wife Christy, and Rebecca Ailor and husband Stevie.

Family and friends will meet at 11 AM Tuesday at Waldens Creek Methodist Cemetery for interment with Military Honors provided by American Legion Post 104.
