WHALEY, MARION FAYE - age 66 of Seymour, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 18, 2007 at her home. She was a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: parents, George and Minnie King; sister, Katherine King Inman; three brothers, Rowe, Glenn and Keith (Pete) King. Survivors include; husband, Dwight L. Whaley; daughter, Patricia Whaley England and husband Arnold (Buster) England; granddaughters, Mandy England and Megan England; sisters, Joyce Gibson and husband Gerald, Jimmie Norton and husband David (Buster); sisters in law, Ruth McCarter and husband Tom, Katherine King, Pauline King; 14 nieces and nephews; special family at Seymour Primary School. The family will receive friends at Valley Grove Baptist Church on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 7:30 p.m. with Pastor Brent Blake, Rev. Jeff Spangler, Dr. Chad Rittenhouse and Rev. Gordon Alford officiating. Graveside services will be held in Highland South Memorial Park on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Those wishing to attend graveside services are asked to meet in the cemetery at 10:15 a.m. Pallbearers will be Jerry Gibson, David Norton, RL King, Darryl King, Alger King and Elton King.
