Jackie Mae Minnich, 63, died Friday, July 28, 2000. She was preceded in death by her father, Buford K. McCarter and daughter, Tammy Renee Minnich. She was a member of Watkins Chapel United Methodist Church, where she was secretary for many years. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Minnich of Morristown; son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Vonda Minnich of Rutledge; one grandson; mother, Sylvia McCarter; brother and sister-in-law, Benny J. and Laverne McCarter; sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Harry Pierce, all of Sevier County; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was Sunday at Allen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Lehrer officiating. Interment is 10 a.m. Monday at Hamblen Memorial Gardens.
