NIPPER, LUCILE WEBB STOOKSBERY - age 80, of Knoxville, died Thursday, April 6, 2000 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. Member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church. She was retired from South Central Bell with over 38 years service. Member of Telephone Pioneer's Club and was an Army veteran in WWII. Preceded in death by first husband, Lester G. Stooksbery and brothers, Herman R. Webb, Earl N. Webb and sister, Mary W. Bonner. Survivors: husband, of 20 years, Arthur E. "Jack" Nipper, Knoxville; step daughter and son in law, Patricia (Pat) and Mike Howard; and step granddaughter, Heather Howard; brother in law, Lloyd Lynn Nipper, Florida and several nieces & nephews. Funeral service 7:30 p.m. Friday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with Dr. Mike Boyd and Rev. Kent Williams officiating. Family and friends will meet at Highland Memorial Cemetery at 9:45 a.m. Saturday for a 10 a.m. interment service. Family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Friday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
