She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Laura Rauhuff and Walter and Dean Metcalf; father, Russell V. Metcalf and her brother, Joe Metcalf. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, James Johnson; children, Jimmy Johnson, Michael Johnson and wife Sherry; grandchildren, Makayla, M.J. and Sky Johnson; sisters, Janice Greenlee and husband Jim, Sandy Jones; niece, Misty Harper; nephew, Christopher Jones; mother and step-father, Edna and Ernie Lawson; loving friend, Brenda McCall. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, November 13th with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Pastor Brent Freeman will officiate. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 14th in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens for interment with Rev. Bill Maples officiating.
