Henry Clay Taylor, Jr., born October 29, 1944, in Knoxville and died August 21, 2013, at home in Louisville. He graduated from Carter High School in Knoxville, retired from the U.S. Air Force with 20 years of service, worked as a mail handler for the U.S. Postal Service for 22 years, was an amateur radio operator, and retired as a Captain with the Tennessee State Guard. Preceded in death by his parents, Clay and Nell Taylor and brother, Doug Taylor. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Ann Houser Ridinger of Louisville; stepson and wife, Wayne and Jennifer Ridinger of Maryville; brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Dorothy Taylor of Knoxville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Harriet and Charles Galloway and Becky and Jim Perry all of Knoxville; and favorite cousin, Zackie Taylor of Dandridge.
