He was preceded in death by wife, Evelyn Shults; mother, Mae Shults; father, R. H. Shults; sister, Marsha Reagan; and niece, Candy Williams. He is survived by his step-sons, Ronnie Shults and Randy Shults; step-grandson, Logan Huff; sisters, Brenda (Jimmy) McAlister and Kathy Barnes (Scotty McCarter); also nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nephews; an d several aunts, uncles and cousins. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Fowlers Cemetery, Cosby, with Pastor Bobby Sutton officiating.
