Houser, Agnes Johnson –age 85 went to be with her Lord, July 30. Preceded in death by her parents, Kay and Willie Bohanon Johnson; husband of 49 years, Ernest (Buzz ) (Hoot) Houser; sisters, Bobby Johnson and Mildred Lane. Member of Seven Islands Baptist Church, teacher of adult women's class and church clerk 44 years. Pioneer, Oak Ridge worker 9201-1 Building C October 1943 until March 1946. Member of class '42 Young High School, lifelong Republican. Survived by children; Stella (Cathy) Houser, Fred and Brenda Houser, Nelle and Oscar Watson III, Shirley and Sam Neeley; step-daughter Judy and Jim Kirby; grand-children, Fred Jr. and Catina, Christy Houser, Len and Nikki Watson, Jason and Donna Watson, Robin and Shane Headrick, Daniel and Tiffany Neeley, Eric and Amber Neeley, Caleb Neeley, Eric and Amanda Whited, Matt and Angie Romines, Tracie Romines. Special loved ones, Joe and Tina Romines; brothers, Kay L. Johnson and wife Dorothy, Walter Johnson, Sr.; sister-in-law, Faye Stone; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, Sunday, August 1, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 PM. The funeral service will be Monday, August 2, 2010 at Seven Islands Baptist Church at 1:00 PM . Interment to follow at Seven Islands Cemetery with Preachers, Troy Cody, O. L. Watson III and Burl Covington officiating. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
