OWNBY , ANNA NADA age 88 of Andersonville, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 15, 12:50 am, at Norris Rehabilitation Center where she has resided for the past three years. She grew up in the Caryville, Cheery Bottom area of Campbell County. She loved going to church and reading her Bible before her health prevented her from doing so. She was a loving mother to Paul Ownby , Nona Barton, Rosalee Williams, and Doris Long. She has several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Ownby ; stepsons, George Ownby , Sam Ownby , Dee Ownby , and Joe Ownby ; sisters, Mildred Smith and Ada Duncan; brothers, Fred Hutchinson, Clyde Hutchison, and Hazen Hutchinson; two grandbabies and two great-great-grandbabies. She will be dearly missed by her children who are looking forward to the time when they will be reunited in Heaven. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 17, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel with funeral service to follow at 8:00 pm, Rev. Jimmy Riner, officiating.
