Junior Russell "Big June" Ogle , 89 of Broomfield, died Nov. 26 in Longmont.
He was born on May 27, 1921, in Missouri to James Russell Ogle and Maggie Ethel Claybough.
He attended Milan High School in Missouri, and went on to attend radio operator/radar school in the Army Air Force. He went on to be the store manager for T.G.& Y. in Ponca City, Okla., and became an expert in international Morse code.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lorene Morrow Ogle , whom he married in Oklahoma City in 1944; and his second wife, Lura Ann Gilbert Ogle , whom he married in Oak Grove, Mo., in 1984.
Survivors include his son, Russ Ogle , of Loveland, and his daughter, Marsha Ogle Klimek of Broomfield.
No services are planned.
