She was a member of Inskip Baptist Church, O.P.E.I.U. # 144, Burlington OES, a graduate of Mars Hill College and was retired from Iron Workers Local # 384 after 35 years service. Preceded in death by parents, Joe & Iva Pitner; twin brother, Gilbert Ray Pitner and sister, Odesa "Pud" Pitner; husband, Ray Maynard. Survived by daughters and spouses: Carol & Harold Wright, Janene & Bob Allen, Pam Boling; grandchildren: Beverley Skeen, Patti Shields, Dean Wright, Ginger Wright, Stephanie Lusby, Chris Drummond and Angie Wyrick; 11 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; twin siblings: Joy Craig and husband Lee of Cherokee, NC, Loy Dan Pitner of High Point NC. The family will receive friends 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday with Funeral Service to follow at 7:30 p.m. at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Mike Segers officiating. Honorary Pallbearers: Chris Drummond, grandson; Ethan Lusby, great-grandson; Zachary Skeen, great-grandson; Todd Lusby, grandson-in-law; Roby Shields, grandson-in-law; Raymond Skeen, grandson-in-law; Tom Wyrick, grandson-in-law.
