Altha Tarwater Wager, 79, of Radcliff, KY, died Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY.
Mrs. Wager was a member of MOAA, Pleasant Hill Methodist Church in Sevierville, TN and very active in her Bridge Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Ray Wager, Sr.; and her daughter, Kathryn L. Wager.
She is survived by her son, Harold R. Wager, Jr. of Radcliff; three sisters, Doris Phelps of Sevierville, TN, Wilda Parrott of Newport, TN and Rosemary Starns of Tullahoma, TN; and two grandchildren, Ariel K. Wager and Evan M. Wager both of Harrisburg, IL.
Burial will be at a later date in Tarwater Cemetery in Sevierville, TN.

Altha Tarwater Wager, age 79 of Radcliff, Kentucky, passed away March 6, 2011 at Hardin Memorial hospital in Kentucky.
Preceded in death by husband, Major (Ret.) Harold R. Wager, SR.; daughter, Kathryn Wager; parents, Millard and Ella Tarwater; sister, Ruth Helen Thomas.
Survivors include Harold L. Wager, JR. of Radcliff, Kentucky; granddaughter, Ariel K. Wager; grandson, Evan M. Wager of Harrisburg, Ill.; sisters, Wilda T. Parrott and husband, Quinton, of Newport, TN.; Doris T. Phelps of Sevierville; Rosemary T. Starnes of Tullahoma, TN; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service and interment will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Tarwater Cemetery off Chapman highway with Rev. David G. Smith officiating.
