Preceded in death by: her husband, Frank B. Denton. Survivors: daughters, Kathleen Denton of Powell, Mary Ruth Cook and husband Carl of Powell grandchildren, Mark Haskew and wife Janet of Powell, Sheila Woody and husband Ron of Lenior City, Carl Cook Jr. of Seymour, Jenny and Steve Kitts of Knoxville, Jane and Larry Jackson of Lake Placid, Florida great grandchildren, Julie, Jonathan, Jacob Haskew, Emily Woody, April Stouffer, Greg and Matthew Jackson several nieces and nephews. Also the family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Windwood Health Care Center for the loving care given to Mrs. Denton during her stay as a patient there. The family will receive friends 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 18, 2004 at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. The funeral service following with Rev. David Simpson officiating. Interment will follow at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens.
