Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Shirley & Charlie Hartness of Murphy, N.C.; 2 grandchildren, Kathy & Paul Grubb of N.C.; brother, Frank Large of Sevierville; sister, Eulah Atchley of Maryville. Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 11, 2000 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Clarence Evans officiating.
