Elmer Manker Gobble, 95, of Sevierville died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003, at Pigeon Forge Care and Rehabilitation Center.He was a member of the Sevierville First United Methodist Church and had worked in several of the local stores and factories.Elmer was preceded in death by his wife, Ada Fox Gobble; son, Terry Gobble; and brother, Hubert Gobble.He leaves behind his friends, Gene and Jean Davis, and Mike, Sandy, Amanda, and Andrew Ellis.Services will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Davis Room of Rawlings Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Ely and the Rev. H.B. Hauk officiating. Interment will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Burchfield Memorial Cemetery. Receiving of friends will be from 4 until 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Davis Room of Rawlings Funeral Home.Condolences may be conveyed through our Web site, www.rawlingsfuneralhome.com.

Service will be 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2003 in the Davis Room of Rawlings Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Ely and Rev. H.B. Hauk officiating. Interment will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 1, 2004 at Burchfield Memorial Cemetery. Receiving of friends will be 4-5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 31 in the Davis Room of Rawlings Funeral Home.
