Survivors Survived by children and their spouses: Sam and Bobbie Adams of Seymour, Susan and Dr. William Vandergriff of Louisville. Grandchildren and spouses: Chuck and Teresa Adams, Lori and Lee Zadakaus, Allen and Sharon Vandergriff, Kathy and Jamie Delk. Great grandchildren: Collin Adams, Isabella Zadakaus, and Sarah Delk.
