A member of Oldham’s Creek Baptist Church, she was a very devout Christian and a caring person who will me greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Alcie Watson; sisters, Ida Ownby, Rosie Cantrell, Ann Barnes, and Luna Ogle; brothers, Dowel, Leonard, Arlie, Amos, and Ralph Watson. She is survived by her sister Marjorie Velma Floyd and was a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2 PM Sunday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Oldham’s Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Saturday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. (www.atchleyfuneralhome.com)
