He was preceded in death by his grandparents Carl and Lois Ownby, Dan and Dora Williams; uncle Hobart Williams and aunt Mattie Shields. Survivors: Parents: Joe and Libby Williams Brother and sister-in-law: Doug and Kim Williams Nephew: Austin Williams Niece: Sierra Williams Uncles and aunts: Charles and Jean Ownby, Harold and Sue Ownby, Donald and Betty Williams, Paul and Alma Williams, Ken and Sue Williams, David Williams, Mary and Bill Ownby, Janice and Denton Whaley, Dean Shields, and Phyllis Williams Great-aunt: Mae Keener and husband Kenneth Many special cousins and extended family Funeral service 7 PM Friday at First Baptist Church, Sevierville with Dr. Randy Davis officiating. A eulogy will be given by Doug Williams and special comments by Austin Williams. Family and friends will meet 1 PM Saturday at Shiloh Cemetery for graveside service and interment. Pallbearers will be Andy Boling, Harold Gibbs, Ray Hodges, Steve McFalls, Coy Parton and Mike Shults. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to First Baptist Church, Building Fund, 317 Parkway, Sevierville, Tennessee, 37862.
