Frank Catlett Marshall, 93, died Sunday, September 3, 2000 in Pigeon Forge.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kate Whaley Marshall.
Survivors include daughters, Peggy Marshall of Pigeon Forge, Bettye Marshall of the Dominican Republic; four grandsons, Phillip M. Ogle, Dail C. Ogle, Bobby Jack Conner Jr., James S. Conner; and two great-grandchildren, Alexis and Austin Conner.
Memorials can be made to SafeSpace, (636 Middle Creek Road, Sevierville, TN 37862) or Pigeon Forge Middle School (300 Wears Valley Road, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863).
Plans are incomplete at this time for a private family memorial service.

MARSHALL, FRANK CATLETT - born September 4, 1906, expired at Pigeon Forge on Sunday, September 3, 2000. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Kate Whaley Marshall in 1988, loving mother and grandmother of his; two surviving daughters, Peggy Marshall of Pigeon Forge, Bettye Marshall of the Dominican Republic; four grandsons, Phillip M. Ogle, Dail C. Ogle, Bobby Jack Conner, Jr., James S. Conner; two great grandchildren, Alexis and Austin Conner. Mr. Marshall's family honor, appreciate and celebrate his long life of 94 years in the true tradition of his forebearers, Sherman Marshall and Martha Jane Marshall. Plans are incomplete at this time for a private family memorial service. In lieu of floral memorials, it is requested that a monetary donation be made to SafeSpace, 636 Middle Creek Rd. Sevierville, Tenn. 37862 serving Sevier County on behalf of abused women and children or Pigeon Forge Middle School (300 Wears Valley Rd. Pigeon Forge, Tenn. 37863. Friends and acquaintances wishing to pay respects may call at their convenience on Wednesday, September 6 at Atchley Funeral Home in Sevierville.
