MYERS, CURTIS E. - age 55, of Maryville, died at 1:35 a.m. Saturday, August 28, 1999, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Alcoa First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Lucile Myers.
Survivors: wife, Peggy Myers; children, Curt Myers and wife, Lani Myers, Jill Myers, Mitch Myers, all of Maryville; two grandchildren, Aubry and Amelia Myers; sisters, Brenda Dockery, Nancy Terrier and Kim Newman, all of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8 p.m. Sunday, August 29, 1999, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with Dr. Doug Sager officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11 a.m. Monday, August 30, 1999, at Grandview Cemetery for the interment. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary, 983-1000.
