BUCHANAN , MARGARET LOWE VALENTINE - age 78 of Knoxville, departed this life on earth to sit at the feet of Jesus on Friday, August 26, 2005. She was a founding member of Olivet Baptist Church and known as "The Little Church Mother". She was loved and cherished by all who knew her. She was retired from Albers Drug Co. Daughter of the late Evelyn and Bill Lowe Sr. Preceded in death by her husbands, Lawson Valentine and Riley Buchanan granddaughter, Katrina Church. Survived by daughter, Linda Valentine granddaughter, Larisa Baker and husband, Jessie great-grandchildren, Mikaela, Myranda, and Cade sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie and Oscar Dixon and Jeanie and Happy Ledford brothers, Bill Lowe , Jr. and wife, Sue, Charles "Burg" Lowe and wife, Wanda many loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Saturday at Olivet Baptist Church with the service to follow at 8 pm. Rev. Johnny Price and Rev. Jim Stroud officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:45 pm Sunday at Highland Memorial Cemetery for a 2 pm graveside service. Arrangements by Weaver Funeral Home.
