Baxter, age 73 of Sevierville passed away Tuesday August 23, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rushie Williams, brother, Bill Williams. Survivors: Husband of 53 years, Jerry Baxter Daughter: Lisa Baxter and David Berry Son and daughter-in-law: Jerry and Deanna Baxter Grandson: Jared Baxter Siblings: Glenn Williams and wife Barbara, Joyce Lowe, Peggy Lowe, Rosetta Rogers Many nieces and nephews The family would like to extend a special thank you to UT Hospice and nurses, Linda and Bruce. The family will receive friends from 4-6PM Friday with funeral service to follow at 6PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Whitted officiating.
