Billy "Bill" Crowson, age 81, of Sevierville, moved to his heavenly home on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Fort Sanders Medical Center from complications with heart surgery. Bill was a member of Wears Valley United Methodist Church and proudly served with the U.S. Army. He retired from Electro-Voice with over 35 years service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Myrtle Tarwater Crowson; sisters, Nelle Fain, Lois Bryan, and Mable Flemming; brother, Ben Crowson; sister-in-law, Bonnie Blalock; and mother-in-law, Mae Ogle.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Ina Crowson; daughter, Michelle Moseley and husband, Billy Moseley; granddaughters, Casey Brooke and Hannah Kate Moseley; brother, James Crowson and wife, Marion; sister-in-law, Blanch Crowson; brother-in-law, Kenneth Ogle, Jr. and wife, Vivian, and Pearl Ed Blalock; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; many dear friends and golf buddies.
Bill loved his family and friends, his church, and the beautiful mountains of Wears Valley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wears Valley United Methodist Church Growth Fund, 3110 Wears Valley Road, Sevierville, TN 37862, or Sevier County Food Ministries, P.O. Box 6042, Sevierville, TN 37864.
Celebration of Life Service 5PM Sunday, April 26th at Wears Valley United Methodist Church, 3110 Wears Valley Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862 with Rev. Kathy Hale and Rev. Mark McKnight officiating. Military honors will be provided by American Legion Post #104. A reception and visitation will be held following the service in the church fellowship hall.

Crowson 50th anniversary
Ina Faye Ogle and Bill Crowson were married Oct. 1959, at Valley View Baptist Church in Wears Valley. The Rev. Walter Ogle officiated at the ceremony.
The couple celebrated their 50th anniversary with a trip to Italy and a cruise to the Greek Islands last month.
There will also be a celebration from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, at Wears Valley Methodist Church. All friends and relatives are invited.
They are the parents of one daughter, Michelle (Billy) Moseley and two granddaughters, Casey and Hannah Moseley.
