He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Preceded in death by his parents, Harley E. and Alma Evelyn King Headrick. He is survivived by his wife Alma Rhea Huskey Headrick; daugter, Janet Kay Headrick of Cherry Log, GA; brothers in law, Jack and Wayne Huskey both of Maryville and Benny Huskey of Greenback; sisters in law, Kay Gorham of FL, Eva Welch of GA, Barbara Janin of VA, and Mary Francella of Maryville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 1, 2006 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel with the interment to follow at Liberty Baptist Cemetery, Rev. Billy Carrigan officiating.
