Van enjoyed golf, Wii Bowling at Shannondale, and the Coffee Club at McDonalds. He was preceded by his wife Hilda Bauer Myers; parents, Lee & Angie Caylor Myers; brother, Wayne Pruitt Myers; sister, Jean Myers Clabough. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Joann Smith Davis Myers; son, Harold & Debbie Myers; step-sons, Steve & Buffy Davis, Michael & Chanda Davis; step-daughter, Donna & Dave Ierulli; grandchildren, Stephanie Ierulli Adams, Samantha Ierulli, Jack & Madison Davis, August & Harper Davis; great-grandchildren, Parker & Shepard Adams; brother Tom & Marlene Myers; sister, Marilyn & Bob Byrd & several nieces & nephews. Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Hospital (501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105) and First United Methodist Church Building Fund (804 Montvale Station Road, Maryville, TN 37804).
