Phillip Wayne Stinnett, age 58 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday August 9, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a member of Norwood Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George J. and Lela Blanche Stinnett, brother, Stanley Stinnett, father-in-law, Francis Rust, brother-in-law, Paul Rust.
