He was a member of Jefferson City Church of God and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. Preceded in death by parents Howard & Ethel Terry. Survived by: wife, Mary Stinnett Terry of Knoxville; sons, Randall Terry and Jeff Terry of Georgia and Ronnie Terry of Cosby; daughters, Carole Hollis of Alcoa, Becky Fields of Georgia; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Mark Terry, Leslie Terry, Johnny Terry of Knoxville and Wayne Terry of Strawberry Plains. Funeral service 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Walter Isbill and Rev. Becky Milligan officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m. Friday at Asbury Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. interment with full Military Honors provided by Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard.
