Sandy loved and adored her family and was especially proud of her grandkids. Preceded in death by: Father, James Miller; Daddy, Homer Humphrey; Brother, Ronnie; Sisters, Linda & Carol. Survivors include: Children, Paula Millsaps & Nancy Dearolf, Eddie Millsaps & Marti Gibson Millsaps, Terra Smyth & Cameron Smyth, Cheryl Webb & Eric Webb, Mark Lowe, and Andy Lowe; Grandchildren, Carolyn, Bryson, Carson, Ty, Aleyah, and Raelee; Mother, Mary Humphrey; Brothers, Tommy, Chris, Steve, and Eddie; Sisters, Sandy, Amy Jo, Diane, and Debra; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and close extended family members; Special niece, Tanya McKee & family; Special friend & father of her children, Paul Ray Millsaps.
