He was the son of the late West and Mollie Huskey and was also preceded in death by his sisters, Clora Ogle, Lenora Huskey and Zella Hurst. He was a member of Valley View Baptist Church, an Army Veteran of World War II and a great man loved by all. Survivors: wife, Rosa Lee Clabo Huskey; daughters and sons-in-law, Norma Sue and Edd Sutton, Carolyn and Charlie Teaster, Elizabeth and Jimi Rowland, Myrel and Dale Huskey, Brenda and Jeff Hickman; son, David Lee Huskey; grandchildren, Angela, April, Amy, Christy, Cindy, Jimi, Westley, Daniel, Nathan and Hanna; sisters, Iva Whaley and Zaley Whaley. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Saturday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Hickman and Rev. Andy Ball officiating.
