Survived by loving husband, Charles "Wayne" Shipley; children, Larry (Cheryl) Williams, Cindy Reed, and Carla (Billy) McGuire; grandchildren, Brian Williams, Brittany Williams, Shaina Reed, and Jaida Reed; sister, Wilma Votta of Alabama; niece, Debbie (John) Walker; and many special friends. Funeral service 8:00 p.m., Monday, Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Rev. Jim Webber officiating.
