Survivors: grandchildren Sheila Whaley and husband Joe, Knoxville, Armon Gary Clarkson and wife Donna, Dandridge, Charles Edward Clarkson II, Knoxville daughter-in-Law Betty Lowe and husband Victor, Knoxville 5 great-grandchildren 1 niece 2 nephews.
