W. II serving in the U. S. Navy. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Preceded in death by parents, Hobart and Mary Jane Bohanan brother, Claude Bohanan and sister, Margaret Harbin. Survived by his wife of 55 years, Ruth Jenkins Bohanan children, Eddie Bohanan, Don Bohanan and wife, Sherry, Gary Bohanan and wife, Millie all of Rockwood, Brenda Goldston and husband, Tommy of Harriman 12 grandchildren 13 great grandchildren brothers, Homer Bohanan and wife, Mary of Lenoir City, Troy Bohanan and wife Mary of Knoxville, Junior Bohanan and wife, Brenda of Lenoir City sister, Ruby Estep and husband, Dan of Lenoir City sister-in-law, Vera Bohanan many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ben Whittenbarger officiating. Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Cemetery. Military honors will be conferred by Roane Co. Honor Guard.
